Vesta Home Rent wants to make the guest experience unique.
In all our properties the possibility of having a chef at home is extended through various packages that our customers can choose and customize to their liking. Once the package you want to use has been indicated, the chef will directly interface with the customer to make the culinary experience simply extraordinary. In addition to the basic home service, the packages also include the preparation of the location with fine tableware, porcelain plates or a sommelier on request.

Gold menù

 

  • Welcome aperitif: fried dumplings, bacon and candied lemon
  • Appetizer: Venetian trilogy (sarda in saor, creamed cod, carpione anchovy)
  • First course: carnaroli, chicken livers and parmesan
  • Second course: braised beef cheek, celeriac puree
  • Dessert: tenerina 2.0
Bread, butter, hand-made breadsticks. Complete with set-up, general cleaning, dish service.

Platinum menù

 

  • Welcome aperitif: parmesan panna cotta, balsamic vinegar caviar and confit tomato
  • Appetizer: 63° egg, pea variation, celery lovage, 36-month parmesan foam
  • First course: tagliatelle of wild herbs, stuffed with lean meat, pine nuts, brown stock and buerre blanche
  • First course: carnaroli, wild garlic, tomato and olive powder
  • Second course: cod in cooking oil, asparagus and confit eggs
  • Pre-dessert: goat cheese, apricot and elderberry
  • Dessert: zabaglione and vanilla
Bread, butter, breadsticks prepared by hand. Complete with set-up, general cleaning and dish service.

Upon request of the customer, it is possible to add a waiter or sommelier.
