Vesta Home Rent makes your stay magical with the experience of a private home chef.
Choose from several packages, customizable to your tastes and needs. The chef will create a tailor-made menu and take care of every detail: mise en place, dish service and final cleaning.
Gold Menu
- Welcome appetizer: fried dumplings, bacon and candied lemon
- Appetizer: Venetian trilogy (sardines in saor, cod cream, marinated anchovies)
- First course: Carnaroli pasta, livers and parmesan cheese
- Main course: braised beef cheek, celeriac puree
- Dessert: tenerina 2.0
Handmade bread, butter and breadsticks.
Complete with set-up, general clean-up and plate service.
Platinum Menu
- Welcome appetizer: parmesan panna cotta, balsamic vinegar caviar and confit tomatoes
- Appetizer: egg at 63°, pea variation, celery, lovage, 36-month parmesan mousse
- First course: wild herb tagliatelle, stuffed with lean, pine nuts, cane broth and buerre blanche
- First course: Carnaroli rice, wild garlic, tomato and olive powder
Main course: cod in cooking oil, asparagus and confit eggs
- Pre-dessert: goat cheese, apricot and elderberries
- Dessert: eggnog and vanilla
